This is what Johnson (From dragon claws) would look like if I drew him. Ganna do a redraw w/ colors once i get better at drawing dragons!

Looks good! I'd would say that I think the eye should be a bit further forwards and that the inner side of the mouth ends in a corner, they're two things I think you should bear in mind.
Something else to think about is that the wings are like legs, so they join the body in the same way.
It's good that you've tried to give him leg muscles, althoug if you want them to look a bit better you can get them to overlap a bit, if you're unsure what I mean by that take a look at how I've done the arms here: [link]

very impresive, especialy on the back leg. there is starting to see some mussle and posture. try drawing some anatomy drawings, might help
